I. Payment at the hotel counter in cash.
If this payment method is the only one suitable for you, when selecting a hotel in your destination city check the box marked “Payment at hotel.” You may choose guaranteed or not-guaranteed reservation.
Advantages:
- payment for your stay is made at hotel check-in
- in case of not-garanteed reservation, you may cancel the booking till the standard check-in time of the hotel
- no prepayment is necessary
- you may guarantee your reservation by the credit card detials
Disadvantages:
- limited selection of hotels
- hotels with instant booking confirmation are not availabe
- if you garantee your booking a hotel has right to charge your credit card in case of no-show or late cancellation
II. Pre-Payment (payment no later than 48 hours before hotel arrival):
1. Online payment by bank card
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD. You can pay for reservation services on our site over a secure https:// connection.
We do not give your credit card details to the third party.
Advantages:
- you receive access to special promotional ratesand access to rooms available in free sale
- if you cancel your reservation in a timely manner, your money is refunded in full to your card or bank account
- you can order additional services: transfers and visa support
Disadvantages:
- if a reservation is canceled late, or check-in at the hotel is not made and prior warning is not given, the cost of the first night is withheld by the reservation system
2. Payment by bank transfer
Payment for your stay is made from the Payer’s bank account to the bank account of Bronevik.com. When you select the “bank transfer” payment method, you receive an invoice at the e-mail address indicated when making your reservation, or you can print it out after logging in from the “My Requests” section, after your reservation is filled out and approved by a manager at BRONEVIK.com.
Payment should be made in full to BRONEVIK.com’s account no later than 48 hours before the check-in time on the date of the guest’s arrival.
3. Payment by international money transfer and payment system PayPal
You can use the PayPal system to quickly and easily pay for reservation services. Payment should be made in full to the account of Bronevik.com no later than 24 hours before the check-in time on the date of the guest’s arrival.
III. On credit (for corporate clients)
Depending on the amount of business trips made every month, corporate clients have the option of making purchases on credit. In this case, invoices will be sent for the periods set in the agreed-upon payment schedule. This settlement method requires the signing of an agreement.
